Classes

Four ways in.

Start here

Beginner reformer

Learn the machine, the springs and the basics. Your first class is always this one.

All levels

Strength

Slower, heavier springs, full-body burn. The class people come back for.

Express

Lunchtime and after-work sessions for the city crowd. In, worked, out.

Second trimester on

Prenatal

Safe, supported movement with an instructor trained in pregnancy Pilates.

How it works Go on, pull it

Springs, not weights.

Reformer springs add resistance both ways, so your muscles keep working as they lengthen too. Easy on joints, hard work for everything else. Your instructor sets the springs for you.

What should I wear?

Comfortable activewear and grip socks. We have socks for sale at the desk.

Can I come if I have an injury?

Usually yes. Tell us when you book and we'll suggest the right class or modifications.
