Downloads & delivery
How do I receive my file after purchasing?
After checkout, Snipcart sends a download link to the email address you used at checkout. The email arrives within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder — or contact us and we’ll sort it out promptly.
What file format are the products?
All Career Management Suite and Construction Suite products are Excel workbooks (.xlsx). They’re standard Microsoft Excel files — no macros, no plugins, no special software required beyond Excel itself.
Can I re-download the file if I lose it?
Yes. The download link in your confirmation email remains active. If you’ve lost access to it, contact us with your order details and we’ll resend it.
Is there a limit on how many times I can download?
No. Once you’ve purchased, the file is yours. Download it as many times as you need — on different devices, from different locations, whenever you want.
Compatibility
Does it work on Mac?
Yes. The tools work on Excel for Mac (Microsoft 365 or standalone Excel 2019+). If you’re on an older Mac version of Excel, some formatting may display slightly differently, but all functionality works correctly.
Which version of Excel do I need?
The tools are built for Excel 2016 or later, including all Microsoft 365 versions. Excel 2013 should work for most tools but is not officially tested. Older versions (2010 and below) are not supported.
Do the tools work in Google Sheets?
The tools are built and tested in Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets can open .xlsx files, but we don’t guarantee compatibility — some formulas, conditional formatting, and features may not work correctly. If you use Google Sheets exclusively, these tools may not perform as intended.
Do I need a Microsoft 365 subscription?
No. The tools work with any version of Excel 2016 or later, including standalone perpetual licences. A Microsoft 365 subscription is not required, though it will give you the best experience.
Do the tools require macros or plugins?
No macros, no plugins, no add-ins required. Everything is built using standard Excel formulas, tables, and conditional formatting. You can open them with macro security set to “disable all macros” and everything will work exactly as intended.
Using the tools
Where do I start when I open the file?
Every tool includes a Setup tab as the first sheet. Start there — it walks you through entering your key information, which then flows through the rest of the workbook automatically. The setup process takes 5–15 minutes depending on the tool.
Can I customise the tools for my specific situation?
Yes. The files are unlocked — you can add columns, adjust categories, rename things, and adapt the structure to fit your context. The core system is designed to be adapted, not used rigidly.
Do I need to be an Excel expert to use these?
No. If you can enter data into a spreadsheet and navigate between sheets, you can use these tools. The formulas and logic are already built — you just fill in your information. No Excel knowledge beyond basic data entry is required.
How long does setup take?
Most tools take 10–20 minutes to set up properly on day one. After that, ongoing use is quick — a few minutes per day or per meeting, depending on the tool. The investment in setup is what makes the ongoing use effortless.
Licensing
Can I use the tools at work?
Yes. Each licence covers personal and professional use. You can use the tool for your own work, in your own job, on your own projects — whether you’re an employee, freelancer, or contractor.
Can I share the file with colleagues or teammates?
Each purchase is a single-user licence. Sharing the file with others or distributing it to a team requires each person to purchase their own copy. If you’re buying for a team, contact us to discuss volume pricing.
Can I resell or redistribute the tools?
No. The licence does not permit resale, redistribution, sharing, or sublicensing. You may not publish the files or substantial portions of them online. See the full Terms of Sale for details.
Do I own the file forever?
Yes. Once you’ve purchased, the file is yours indefinitely. There are no subscriptions, no annual renewals, no access fees. Even if from mzt were to shut down tomorrow, your file would continue to work exactly as it does today.

I already own one of the tools — can I get a discount on the bundle?
If you’ve already purchased individual tools and want to complete the suite, contact us with your order details. We’ll work out a fair price for the remaining tools.
Which individual tools are in the bundle and what do they cost separately?
The bundle is $179. Individually, the seven tools total $263 at launch pricing ($29 + $29 + $39 + $29 + $39 + $49 + $49). The bundle saves you $84.
Refunds & support
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after a file has been delivered. If you have a technical issue with your file, contact us and we’ll resolve it. See the full Terms of Sale.
What if the file has a technical issue?
If you encounter a formula error, broken link, or any other technical issue with a file you’ve purchased, contact us and we’ll fix it and resend. We stand behind the quality of the tools.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and the email address you used at checkout. We’ll resend your download within one business day.
Construction tools
Is the Construction Tracker suitable if I’m not an owner builder?
Yes. The tracker works well for residential project managers, construction coordinators, and anyone managing a residential build — owner builder or otherwise. The system is built around how a project unfolds, not a specific legal status.
Can it handle commercial or large-scale construction?
The tracker is designed for residential construction and owner builder projects. It’s not built for commercial, industrial, or large multi-dwelling projects. For those contexts, the structure may be too limited.
Are more construction tools coming?
Yes. Additional construction tools covering scheduling, subcontractor management, and council submission tracking are in development. If you’d like to be notified when they launch, get in touch.
